Peer Support for People with CF & Family Members
Are you facing a challenge and interested in talking with someone who has walked a similar path? The CF Peer Connect team can connect you with someone who can share experiences on the topics that matter most to you. Peer mentors are adults with CF and family members ages 18+ who can share their experiences, listen to challenges, and be a resource to you. Connections in Spanish are also available.
